#3 is so true. When I was promoting my book around the time it came out, it felt so weird and unnatural and I felt like I was talking about it all the time. And yet, I had friends, followers, and co-workers (I'd promoted it on the company Slack) who all said they didn't know I'd written a book! Not everyone is going to see the first time you post about something...or the second, or the third, and so on. You might feel like you're on repeat, but it won't necessarily come across that way to the people you're trying to reach!
